Tirlán is seeking a highly motivated Dairy / Butter Process Manager to lead our butter production operations in Ireland. The role reports to the Butter Plant Manager and focuses on maximizing productivity, product quality, and safety while driving continuous improvement across milk and cream intake, processing, and finished product butter.

You will lead high-performing teams, manage production plans, and collaborate with cross-functional areas to ensure operational excellence and compliant,

• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, dairy, food, or process industry environment.
• Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient IT and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and champion a strong safety culture across milk and cream intake operations and dairy processing areas.
• Manage daily plant operations and production schedules to ensure safe, efficient delivery of production plans.
• Identify and implement Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, yield and cost performance.
• Develop, coach and mentor plant operators and support teams to build capability and high-performance culture.
