Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dairy farm experience, including milking and animal husbandry.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dairy Farm Assistant to join a medium-sized dairy Farm. This is a full-time role (39 hours/week) offering variety in day-to-day tasks and the opportunity to work with livestock. This role involves assisting with the daily operations of a dairy farm, including milking, feeding livestock, calf rearing, and carrying outgeneral farm duties. This position also includes monitoring animal health and welfare. operating farm machinery and feeding equipment, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the farm.A minimum of 2 years experience on a dairy farm, including milking, animal husbandry, milk quality control, and general farm maintenance. Experience operating farm machinery is preferred but not required.Previous hands-on experience with cow milking is required. Salary €37,500.00 per year
