Job summary

Accenture PLC in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design and deliver scalable software solutions within a large enterprise transformation program. You will steer technical architecture for .NET-based applications on Azure, mentor teams, and ensure delivery quality in an agile DevSecOps environment.

Responsibilities include guiding development, maintaining coding standards, and addressing technical risks while promoting reusable best practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience across IT industry including software engineering, solution design, technical leadership, and programme delivery.
• Extensive technical knowledge in software development with leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in application development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of software applications aligned with business requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team including code reviews.
• Oversee the development process ensuring coding standards and methodologies are followed.
• Resolve technical roadblocks and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other leaders to ensure cohesive architecture.
• Promote re-usability and contribute to DevSecOps practices.
