Job summary

Stryker in Cork, Ireland, seeks a Cybersecurity Awareness Analyst to build a security‑first culture. You will create engaging campaigns, train staff, and publish communications that translate technical concepts for all audiences.

Collaborating with cybersecurity SMEs, Communications, and Learning & Development, you will track metrics and continuously improve awareness programs, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools and approved AI. Hybrid work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, Education, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Cybersecurity Awareness or related field.
• Experience creating employee communications, presentations, training materials.
• Strong written, verbal, proofreading, editing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint; intermediate Excel; Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness content and communications.
• Design and implement awareness programs and campaigns.
• Create content for articles, newsletters, videos, and digital signage.
• Deliver training on phishing, social engineering, data protection, and MFA.
• Track metrics and campaign effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholder teams.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools and approved AI for content creation.
