Job summary

Marsh Ireland is seeking a motivated Cyber Business Development Executive to drive new business in Cyber/Tech and FINPRO, building and maintaining client relationships while collaborating with the wider Marsh team.

The role offers a hybrid working model across ROI offices (Dublin/Cork/Galway) with travel to meetings and events, plus strong on-the-job training and professional development opportunities within Marsh's cyber practice.

Qualifications

• CIP qualification and 3-5 years general insurance experience.
• Full driver's license with access to a car.
• Eager to learn and enhance knowledge and technical skills.
• Self-motivated and energized; strong communication at all levels.
• Team player who collaborates with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Cyber/Tech and FINPRO sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
• Attend industry events and generate leads.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to align BD strategy.
• Cross-sell Marsh Advisory/Consulting and Incident Management services.
