Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks an ECS Incident Manager to coordinate cyber security incidents across the enterprise, acting as the main interface between Fidelity business units and cybersecurity groups. You will be the subject matter expert for coordinating incidents enterprise-wide and will lead tabletop exercises with relevant teams.

The role requires strong incident handling experience, the ability to explain complex topics to both IT and non-IT audiences, and proficiency with incident response

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Info Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Solid understanding of threats, intrusion techniques, and attack vectors.
• Experience handling cybersecurity incidents.
• Ability to explain complex topics to IT and non-IT audiences.
• Proficiency with incident response tools, logging, and SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cybersecurity incidents to reduce impact.
• Build and manage cyber incident tabletop exercises to test preparedness.
• Perform post-incident analysis and share lessons learned for remediation.
