Job summary

HID Global in Galway, Ireland, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to accelerate Mobile ID adoption and support annual renewals across HID PACS markets. You will lead onboarding for new Mobile Access users and develop tailored programs to boost customer adoption and engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Service EMEA, you will educate channel partners, monitor KPIs, and gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements across Europe and beyond.

• Proven ability to handle complex customer requests.
• Experience in customer success or support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Mobile Access users.
• Educate channel partners on HID Mobile Access products and updates.
• Monitor activation, engagement, and retention KPIs; drive renewals.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and service teams.
