We are looking for a self-motivated Associate EMEA Enablement Manager to join the company's Post Sales Enablement team, based in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will become the dedicated enablement advocate for our Customer Success Manager (CSM) organization across EMEA. This is a new role that will allow the right candidate to build the company's first CSM-focused enablement motion in EMEA. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing and delivering enablement programs across diverse, multi-cultural audiences, and will ensure that the needs of EMEA learners meaningfully shape global enablement program design. The Associate Enablement Manager will collaborate across cross-functional teams including other enablement managers, product teams, learning and development team and content development, and will participate in day-to-day CSM Enablement activities including program prioritization and fielding requests from the EMEA CSM organization. This role will have strong global support from content creators, curriculum developers, and learning infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities
  • Successfully identify and communicate the EMEA CSM organization's technical and role readiness needs
  • Understand the day-to-day of the CSM role to suggest and execute new and innovative ideas and programs for your primary stakeholder: EMEA CSM leadership
  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and view the enablement program as a force multiplier
  • Equip the company's EMEA CSM teams with the necessary product knowledge, skills, and processes to effectively engage with customers and drive retention and growth
  • Take a data-driven and analytical approach to deciding on future initiatives, and use performance management to quantify the impact of existing programs
  • Partner with other enablement team members in designing, creating, and delivering enablement programs
  • Continuously engage with EMEA CSM leadership to validate and collaborate on requirements and program results
  • Proactively seek input and content from CSM teams to aid in the curation of enablement programsLead discovery sessions with business leaders to build and refine requirements
  • Coordinate the localization and delivery of training, communications, and tooling produced by the global enablement team for EMEA CSM audiences
Requirements

  • Demonstrable communication skills- specifically strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Understanding of cultural and business nuances across the EMEA region, particularly across European markets
  • A team player- able to collaborate in an international, virtual team and coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying partner requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of enablement experience in the software industry, ideally supporting customer success or post-sales teams
  • Industry and product knowledge is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across the EMEA region

The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Ireland is between:

€56.000—€77.000 EUR
