Rentokil Initial Careers in Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the team in Naas or Athlone. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, log queries in our in-house systems, and strive to meet individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact centre is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role you have applied for.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to resolve a range of customer queries.
• Act as the first point of contact for all new, existing and prospective customers, providing service through your understanding of all business services, products and procedures
• Utilising our in-house systems to log customer queries
• Working towards agreed individual and team targets
