Job summary

Rentokil Initial Group is seeking a Service Driver/Customer Delivery Representative in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. The role involves driving to service customer requests, installing and exchanging units, and delivering excellent service while supporting sales opportunities.

You will work from home? The position involves daily home-to-home deliveries and customer-site services with a company vehicle and progression opportunities. A full Irish/EU driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full clean Irish/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional manner.
• Provide regular updates to service management on customer service requests.
• Ensure stock and services are suitable and appropriate for customers.
• Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies.

Position: Service Driver/ Customer Delivery Representative

Location: Carrigaline, Co. Cork.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: €29,350 starting salary with OTE of €32,500

A day in the life of an Initial Customer Delivery Representative:

Your working day starts at home, and finishes at home. Every day you will be required to service a cross section of customers where you will be expected to use your problem solving skills to determine the most effective solution. Also to carry out services as required at customer sites, install, fit, collect and exchange units/products thereby ensuring excellent service at all times and where appropriate, identify opportunities for additional sales and meet company performance targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver all customer service requests in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to service management of customer service requests and other related information to ensure customer service expectations are achieved.
• Ensure all stock and services supplied to the customer are suitable and appropriate.
• Contribute to route solutions for new customer service requirements.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policies.
• Ensure the customers’ expectations are always met or exceeded.

Requirements

To be considered for the Customer Delivery Representative position you will Ideally have the following;

• A full clean Irish/ EU Driving License with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to work and prioritise workload within deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Good eye for detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to use own initiative and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
