Job summary

Halfords Group PLC in Tralee is hiring a part-time Retail Assistant for 16 hours per week at €14.15 per hour. You will deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products and explain services.

This role offers training, product knowledge, and progression opportunities within the Group. You’ll work on a rota including weekends and be part of a team focused on delivering great value and advice to customers.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
