HSS Hire is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor for their Galway branch, part of the Chadwicks Group. You’ll help customers find the right tools, equipment and hire solutions, delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships. Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, sales, hospitality, trade counter, merchanting, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the customer journey.

The Role

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch operation, delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting branch sales and performance.

You'll build strong customer relationships, provide expert advice, identify sales opportunities, and ensure customers receive the right equipment and solutions for their needs.

This role combines customer service, sales, product knowledge, and branch operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied and rewarding role.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
