Job summary

Radius is seeking a customer-focused onboarding representative to act as the primary contact for new customers. You will guide them through onboarding, promote the full Radius product suite, and tailor communications to individual needs.

Collaboration with the wider team and support across portfolios will be essential to meet company objectives. This role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and a proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement

We are looking for an engaging, customer focussed individual who is a natural relationship builder. You will be responsible for calling customers who have recently bought our Fuel Cards and supporting them through the initial onboarding process.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Customer Representation: Serve as the primary representative for our newly-signed customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.


• Enhance Customer Loyalty: Promote the full suite of Radius products to build strong, lasting customer relationships.


• Tailored Communication: Adapt communication and engagement methods to suit the unique needs of each customer.


• Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the company’s strategic goals and objectives.


• Portfolio Support: Provide exceptional support to other portfolios as needed, maintaining the same level of excellence.

What are we looking for?

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse customers.


• Customer Focus: Confidence in managing and enhance customer relationships.


• Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
