Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to help create a fantastic customer journey in our Dublin area stores. The role includes serving customers, handling tills, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness across various shifts.

You must be 18+ to work in our store due to alcohol sales, with a 30-hour contract and a competitive pay structure. We offer progression opportunities, a pension, and various employee benefits such as health insurance discounts and cycling incentives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
