Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract to support store operations and deliver a great customer journey.

You will interact with customers on the shop floor and at the tills, maintain store standards, and assist with stock and cleanliness tasks. The role includes alcohol sales and requires you to be 18+. The pay starts at €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after three years, with a range of benefits and career development opportunities.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
