Job summary

Centra is seeking a Sales Assistant to help deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience in our store. You will engage with customers, answer queries, and ensure shelves are well-presented and aligned with brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, team spirit and flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior customer service experience is advantageous and a positive, proactive attitude is valued.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
