Job summary

Sysco Ireland, the leading foodservice provider across the island of Ireland, is looking for a Contact Centre Executive to be the first point of contact for customers and a key supporter of our sales teams.

You will respond to requests, process orders and enquiries accurately, and help achieve sales targets through proactive up- and cross-selling, while building strong relationships in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate the ability - through sales experience or potential - to grow our business and develop customer accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively pursue opportunities to increase sales.
• Stay organised and focused in a busy environment with superb customer service.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Word and Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests, increase awareness of our offerings and understand their business.
• Process orders, enquiries and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Achieve sales volume and margin targets through up- and cross-selling on calls.
• Build solid relationships with customers and related parties and support field-based sales teams.
