Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract to deliver an excellent customer journey across the shop floor. You’ll interact with customers, maintain clean and well-presented shelves, and assist with tills to minimise queues.

This role requires being 18+ to work with alcohol, and voices opportunities for progression, a competitive pay structure, and benefits throughout your career with Lidl.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
