Job summary

Lidl Ireland is recruiting a Customer Assistant for a standard 30-hour contract across Dublin stores. The role centers on delivering a fantastic customer journey and assisting shoppers with queries.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after 3 years, with guidance of €460+ per week. You will work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons and weekends, with development opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
