Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract. You will work across shifts, helping customers, stocking the shop floor, and maintaining a high standard of store presentation to ensure a great customer journey.

You can expect weekly earnings around €460+, with progression opportunities, pension, staff discounts and development programs. This is a client-facing, fast-paced retail role in a Lidl store.

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred

• Reliable and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Maintain stock and store presentation to a high standard
• Assist with stock counts and shrinkage controls
• Operate tills and support customers at checkout
• Keep store clean, hygienic and well-lit
• Follow rotation and freshness principles to reduce waste
