Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to help shoppers in a busy store, across early mornings to afternoons. You will greet customers, answer queries, operate tills and keep shelves stocked and clean.

This 30-hour contract offers a transparent pay scale: €15.40 per hour rising to €17.90 after 3 years, plus benefits including a pension, holidays, career development and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a pleasant and helpful manner.
• Help with stock loss controls across the store.
• Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles in stock.
• Ensure waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in the stock count process.
