Centra Ballina is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to provide friendly, knowledgeable service and help create a welcoming shopping environment. You will engage customers, answer queries and uphold store standards with a positive, team-oriented mindset.

The role prioritises customer satisfaction, supports brand values, and embraces new initiatives to continuously improve the shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer driven.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
