Job summary

Join our growing team at Tesco Ireland's Waterford Customer Engagement Centre. We are recruiting Customer Care Representatives, starting at €14.68 per hour, rising to €15.45 per hour after 6 months, based at Waterford.

You will manage inbound and outbound customer contact, respond to queries, log contact types and record interactions. Daily start and finish times vary to meet business needs, so flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles & practices.
• Team work & working on own initiative.
• IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Resolving product and service problems by clarifying the customer's query and identifying and implementing a resolution
• Taking ownership of the issue and following through on commitments
• Recommending improvements based on customer needs analysis
• Participating in Every Day conversations with my manager
