Job summary

Tirlán, a leading Irish food and nutrition co-operative, is seeking a Customer Care Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract at Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny. You will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and ensure an exceptional customer experience for a portfolio of key accounts.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you'll build strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, resolve queries, and provide accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage contract administration and customer account activities.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely documentation, including invoices, certificates, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor deliveries and communicate updates proactively.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactiveCustomer Care Executiveto join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for a portfolio of key accounts. You will build strong relationships, coordinate with internal teams, resolve queries, and ensure customers receive a best-in-class service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, customer care, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and numerical skills.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience using SAP is desirable.
• Fluency in French, German, or Spanish would be an advantage.
