Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our team on a standard 30 hour contract. You will interact with customers, stock shelves and operate tills across varied shifts from early mornings to evenings.

You must be 18+ to handle alcohol sales. The role includes detailed duties on cleanliness, stock rotation and loss prevention, with a competitive pay scale and development opportunities through our Leadership Academy.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
