Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to help deliver a fantastic customer journey across our Irish stores. You’ll work a standard 30-hour contract, earning €460+ per week, with shifts across mornings, middays and late evenings to suit business needs.

You must be 18+ to work in our store due to selling alcohol. The role offers progression and a range of benefits, including a pension and discounts, under a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
