Job summary

Lidl Ireland is looking for a Customer Assistant to help deliver a fantastic customer journey across our stores. You’ll work across different shifts and with colleagues on varied tasks.

You must be 18 or over to work in our store due to alcohol sales. The role includes frontline service, stock rotation, cleanliness and till duties, with a benefits package that includes pension, holidays, flex pot and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
