Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant in Mullingar to help deliver a fantastic customer journey across our store. You’ll work across shift patterns with different colleagues, serving customers and stocking shelves while maintaining cleanliness and accuracy.

The role requires being 18+ to work with alcohol, with a standard 30-hour contract and salary around €460+ per week, plus a range of benefits and career development opportunities at Lidl Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
• Able to work as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensure store cleanliness, stock presentation and hygiene standards.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles and manage waste correctly.
• Assist in the stock count process and support colleagues on the shop floor.
