Job summary

Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant in Kilkenny. You will join a team delivering a fantastic customer journey across shifts from early mornings to late afternoons on a 30 hour contract.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after 3 years, with enhanced pay for unsocial hours and a range of benefits including pension and development opportunities. Previous experience in retail helps, but the right attitude is key.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Follow stock loss controls in all areas of the store.
• Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensure all waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in the stock count processes.
