Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract. You will interact with customers, help on tills, and keep the store clean and well presented. The role requires you to be 18+ to work in a store that sells alcohol and to be flexible across morning, middle and late shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work in a Lidl store handling alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist on tills and in-store queries to reduce queues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene; follow rotation principles.
• Help with stock counts and restocking as needed.
• Follow loss prevention controls and report issues.
• Support a fast-paced, varied retail environment.
