Job summary

Lidl Ireland is looking for a Customer Assistant on a standard 30‑hour contract to help deliver a fantastic customer journey from early mornings to late shifts across a busy Lidl store.

You’ll be interacting with customers, restocking, handling tills, and keeping the store clean and well presented. This role requires 18+ for alcohol service, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
