Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our store team on a 30 hour contract. You will engage with customers, stock shelves, operate tills, and help keep the store welcoming and efficient.

The role includes handling alcohol sales and shift patterns across mornings, mid-days and evenings. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with progression, 20 days holidays pro rata, a company pension, and access to benefits.

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
