Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to help deliver a fantastic customer journey. On a 30-hour contract you will work across shift patterns, handle tills, stock, and store presentation, and you must be 18+ to work in our alcohol-offering store.

Starting pay is €15.40 per hour, rising to €17.90 after three years; earnings around €460+ per week, with benefits including pension, holidays, and development opportunities. You will join a lively team in a fast-paced retail environment at Lidl.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
