The role focuses on modernising the technology landscape, accelerating AI-driven innovation, and delivering reliable, scalable software for life, accident and health insurers.

The CTO will oversee a mature product platform, partner with executives, and position FINEOS as a technology-forward leader in the insurance software

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a tech-forward CTO or equivalent in enterprise SaaS.
• Ability to define technology strategy for large engineering organizations (150+).
• Strong judgment balancing innovation, customer value and business outcomes.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise software environments.

• Lead engineering, platform and architecture at scale with operational excellence.
