Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead CSRD reporting and oversee readiness for the first FY2027 sustainability statement. You will drive ESRS-aligned processes, engage stakeholders, and ensure governance across financial reporting.

The role requires 8+ years of post-qualification experience, deep CSRD knowledge, and a track record in drafting sustainability or regulatory reports, with Workiva or similar tooling considered an asset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years post-qualification experience in practice or industry.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, and EU sustainability regulations with awareness of related sustainability disclosure frameworks impacting financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, governance, and control frameworks with experience drafting sustainability or regulatory reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s CSRD readiness and delivery of the first FY2027 sustainability statement.
• Refresh the DMA in line with ESRS requirements and coordinate stakeholder engagement. Ensure alignment with regulatory updates and business changes.
• Update the CSRD Policy Gap Assessment and close identified gaps. Collaborate with applicable teams to draft new policies or update policies as required.
