Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a CSA Site Manager to lead Civil, Structural and Architectural works on a hyperscale Data Centre project in Sweden. You will supervise site teams, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and support project planning and handover activities.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, has 3+ years in CSA supervision or similar, and is eligible to work in the EU.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline, or a relevant trade qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a CSA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Site Engineer role.
• Experience on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA construction activities, quality control, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works across the Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
• Support project handover activities and close-out of outstanding works.
