Global Professional Consultants is recruiting a CSA Supervisor to work for a leading engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland. You will supervise CSA works, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and programme delivery on site.

The role requires a Civil/Building background with 3+ years in CSA roles, strong communication and organisational skills, and EU work eligibility. Excellent career progression and CPD support are offered.

Aufgaben

• Supervise CSA works across the Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to complete works safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
• Support project handover activities and close-out of outstanding works.

We are currently recruiting a CSA Supervisor to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works across the Data Centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Support project planning, material management, and construction sequencing activities.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, project specifications, and quality requirements.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, snagging, and QA records.
• Support project handover activities and close-out of outstanding works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline, or a relevant trade qualification.
• 3+ years’ experience in a CSA Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Site Engineer role.
• Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial construction projects.Strong understanding of CSA construction activities, quality control, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Eligible to work in the EU.
