About Structure Tone Mission Critical
Salary: €65K - €75K

Structure Tone Mission Critical delivers complex, high-performance environments where quality, safety, precision and programme certainty are critical to success.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the CSA Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site.

The successful candidate will lead site teams and subcontractors, maintain programme performance, drive quality standards and ensure effective coordination with MEP teams throughout the construction process.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual who takes ownership of site delivery, anticipates challenges and drives construction activities forward safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • Coordinate closely with MEP teams to manage interfaces, resolve clashes and ensure CSA works support the efficient installation of critical building services.
  • Drive construction sequencing, productivity and programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures before they impact delivery.

  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, method statements and project quality requirements.
  • Promote a proactive health and safety culture, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and maintained across site operations.
  • Monitor workmanship, manage inspections and ensure defects, snags and non-conformances are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with project management, engineering, design and commissioning teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, daily allocations and construction documentation.
  • Support project handover through the completion of outstanding works, quality documentation and agreed close-out requirements.

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or data centre construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple subcontractors in a main contractor environment.
  • Experience working within programme-driven projects with complex construction interfaces.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality assurance and inspection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and site management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan ahead, manage competing priorities and drive accountability across site teams.
  • Relevant construction, engineering or construction management qualification is desirable.
Highly Desirable:

Previous experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centre projects, with a strong understanding of the coordination required between CSA and MEP packages.
