CSA Site Manager

Structure Tone Mission Critical | Data Centre Construction | Ireland / Europe

Salary: €65K - €75K

Structure Tone Mission Critical delivers complex, high-performance environments where quality, safety, precision and programme certainty are critical to success.

Job Description

As we continue to grow our mission-critical portfolio, we are seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join our construction delivery team, supporting the successful execution of large-scale data centre projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to work on technically challenging projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of critical infrastructure for some of the world's leading technology and data centre clients.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the CSA Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management, coordination and delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works on site.

The successful candidate will lead site teams and subcontractors, maintain programme performance, drive quality standards and ensure effective coordination with MEP teams throughout the construction process.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially aware individual who takes ownership of site delivery, anticipates challenges and drives construction activities forward safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all CSA construction activities, including earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, building envelope, roofing and internal architectural finishes.
  • Lead subcontractors, site supervisors and construction teams to achieve project milestones and agreed programme targets.
  • Develop and manage short-term look-ahead programmes, ensuring resources, labour, plant and materials are aligned with upcoming works.
  • Coordinate closely with MEP teams to manage interfaces, resolve clashes and ensure CSA works support the efficient installation of critical building services.
  • Drive construction sequencing, productivity and programme performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures before they impact delivery.
  • Maintain a strong site presence, providing clear direction, leadership and accountability across all CSA activities.
  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, inspection and test plans, method statements and project quality requirements.
  • Promote a proactive health and safety culture, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented and maintained across site operations.
  • Monitor workmanship, manage inspections and ensure defects, snags and non-conformances are closed out in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with project management, engineering, design and commissioning teams to resolve technical and construction-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, daily allocations and construction documentation.
  • Support project handover through the completion of outstanding works, quality documentation and agreed close-out requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in site management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or data centre construction projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple subcontractors in a main contractor environment.
  • Experience working within programme-driven projects with complex construction interfaces.
  • Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality assurance and inspection processes.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and site management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan ahead, manage competing priorities and drive accountability across site teams.
  • Relevant construction, engineering or construction management qualification is desirable.
Highly Desirable

Previous experience delivering hyperscale or colocation data centre projects, with a strong understanding of the coordination required between CSA and MEP packages.

What We Offer
  • The opportunity to work on major data centre and mission-critical projects.
  • Exposure to complex, technically challenging construction programmes.
  • A collaborative environment working alongside experienced construction and engineering professionals.
  • Opportunities for career development and progression as the business continues to grow.
  • A competitive salary and benefits package, reflective of experience and capability.
