Sky Ireland is seeking a Credit Risk reporting professional to develop and communicate performance insights. You will deliver monthly outcomes, connect trends to business impact and present clear recommendations to governance forums.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Credit Risk, Commercial, Trading, Finance and Product teams, producing concise updates while enhancing reporting standards and self-service views for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Performance reporting experience in a bank, lender, or data-led regulated environment.
• Strong storytelling: turn data into a clear narrative with implications and actions.
• Credit or lending knowledge and portfolio monitoring understanding.
• Tableau capability to explore data and create dashboards for different audiences.
• Analytical judgement to identify root causes and distinguish signal from noise.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly performance reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Create narratives that connect trends to implications and next steps.
• Deliver actionable insight and translate findings into recommendations.
• Shape senior conversations with concise governance updates.
• Improve reporting processes, reduce duplication, and enable self-service views.
• Collaborate across Credit Risk, Commercial, Trading, Finance, Product, Operations and Tech.
• Support change and develop reporting and governance approaches as the team evolves.
• Develop capability in analysis, data visualisation, and storytelling.
