Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar Credit Controller role.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a medium to large organisation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection across an allocated customer ledger.
• Proactively contact customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Handle a high volume of customer interactions in a professional manner.
