Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor customer accounts and financial documentation.
• Identify overdue balances and follow up on payments.
• Assist with aged debt reporting and reconciliations.
• Resolve invoicing, delivery and customer account issues with depot teams.
• Respond to invoices, statements and payments professionally.
• Record collections activity accurately and escalate high-risk accounts.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the credit control function.
