Job summary

KKR is seeking an experienced investment professional to lead the CAPS Credit function, operating from Dublin with a close partnership to New York. You will own end-to-end delivery of RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, and ongoing monitoring, ensuring accuracy, on-message responses, and timely delivery.

The role requires a track record in asset management, leadership, and deep Credit knowledge, with a focus on scalable governance and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in asset management or financial services, with RFIs/DDQs/RFPs or client reporting experience.
• Leadership experience with team coaching and talent development.
• Execution and judgement: independently manage senior client deliverables with oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management across investment, product, and control functions in a global matrix.
• Attention to detail and organizational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Credit client deliverables (RFIs, DDQs, RFPs, inquiries).
• Serve as senior resource on Credit platform—investment strategy, product structure, portfolio construction.
• Quality-check deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and messaging alignment.
• Lead CAPS Credit team across Dublin and New York; manage workflows, capacity, and standards.
• Build relationships with Credit Product Strategy, investment teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Drive content governance, templates, and AI-enabled tooling to scale the function.
• Communicate capacity, risks, and process improvements to senior leadership.
