Job summary

KKR, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an Associate to support all aspects of Fund Operations across the Credit Funds portfolio within the Private Markets platform. You will gain broad exposure to fund accounting, portfolio operations, liquidity management, and investor servicing in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves managing capital calls, distributions, reporting, and liaising with lenders, auditors, and counsel.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, fund operations, or private markets finance.
• ACCA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Strong business acumen in credit funds and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital calls and distributions, including cash carry calculations across the portfolio.
• Oversee revolving credit facilities and NAV facilities and liaise with lenders and auditors.
• Administer fund commitments and quarterly reporting on remaining commitments.
• Oversee quarterly management fee calculations and transaction fee allocations.
• Review transactions in Investran including cash, investments, and distributions.
• Review quarterly account analyses and reconciliations.
• Assist with quarterly/annual financial statements and external audits.
• Liaise with internal and external counsel on LPAs and fund structures.
• Drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives in accounting workflows.
• Create carried interest models and collaborate with IT on Investran development.
