The Door Talent in Mullingar is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the full operation of a busy, high-quality early years setting. You will lead a large, multi-room service caring for over 100 children and ensure high-quality educational practice, strong parent partnerships, and a positive, structured working culture.

You will manage Tusla compliance, inspections, policies, and communication, while leading staff development, mentoring, and ongoing support.

About The Role
