Job summary
KPMG Ireland is recruiting a Creative Proposal Designer to join our in-house team in Dublin 2, operating in a hybrid model. You will lead the design of proposals, bids and marketing collateral, delivering visually compelling, content-heavy documents for client engagements.
The role requires 8+ years in design, strong PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and excellent stakeholder management to support strategic win themes.
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in design, ideally in corporate/professional services/agency.
- Strong experience in proposal, bid or tender design with visual storytelling for win strategies.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-format projects from concept to delivery.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills including live documents and bespoke layouts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong layout, typography and information design for content-heavy documents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management to present and influence.
- Experience delivering campaign and marketing collateral across digital and print.
- Experience exploring AI-powered creative tools to enhance outputs.

- 8+ years’ experience in design, ideally within a corporate, professional services, or agency environment
- Strong experience in proposal, bid, or tender design, with a clear understanding of visual storytelling in win strategies
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-format projects from concept through to delivery
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (essential). Including experience working in live PowerPoint documents creating and finessing bespoke, complex, stylish layouts.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and information design, particularly for content-heavy documents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively
- Experience delivering campaign and marketing collateral across digital and print
- Proactively explores and applies AI-powered creative tools to enhance the quality, efficiency, and impact of creative outputs
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure
- Experience maintaining and developing internal content platforms (e.g. intranet sites) is an advantage
- Experience and/or interest in Motion design tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro) beneficial
- Qualification in Visual Communication or a related discipline
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated designer with a strong focus on proposal and bid design to join our award‑winning in‑house creative team. This role suits a designer who combines creative excellence with commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management, and is ready to operate at a more strategic level. Experience creating bespoke, complex, and stylish documents in PowerPoint is essential for this role, as this is the primary platform used for creating our tender response documents.
You will play a key role in elevating KPMG’s strategic proposals, bids, and marketing campaigns, delivering high‑quality visual communications that are engaging, cohesive, and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with pursuit teams and senior stakeholders, you will shape compelling visual narratives that strengthen our competitive positioning and deepen client engagement.
Beyond execution, this role requires ownership, coordination, and creativity, driving best practices, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance quality, efficiency, and impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative, inclusive team where shared learning, mutual support, and respect underpin continuous creative and professional growth.

You will be joining a team of 8 Designers within a Marketing department of 52 colleagues.
