Job summary

Medtronic seeks an Executive Design Support Specialist to serve as an embedded partner supporting the Quality, Development & Innovation organization. Based in Galway, Ireland, you will transform complex information into compelling visuals, develop templates and reusable assets, and support motion graphics when appropriate.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, balance multiple priorities, and ensure adherence to brand standards and accessibility in all visual communications.

Qualifications

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 expertise for presentation design, templates and slide masters.
  • Strong typography, layout, color, imagery, visual hierarchy and accessibility.
  • Ability to translate complex technical content into clear visual communications for leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Design executive presentations, leadership communications, town halls and strategic storytelling materials.
  • Create infographics, diagrams, data visualizations and information design solutions.
  • Develop brand-aligned content for internal communications and digital channels.

They are comfortable partnering with senior leaders and subject matter experts, quickly understanding complex content, and translating it into clear, engaging, audience-focused communications.This role reports through Corporate Content & Creative (C3) and provides dedicated design support to the Quality, Development & Innovation organization.
