Job summary

Teamworx is seeking a commercially focused Cost Controller in Dublin. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities while partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive profitability in a fast-paced FMCG/Wholesale environment.

Ideal candidates are qualified accountants with 3+ years in cost control or related finance roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• 3+ years in Cost Control, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting.
• Strong commercial acumen with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and variance reporting.
• Monitor costs, identify savings opportunities and improve profitability.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and business cases.
• Support financial controls, process improvements and finance projects.
