• Support client inquiries on cost basis and gain/loss information for tax forms.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Personal Investing Client Experience reps in second line support.
• Process service requests and resolve client issues to improve the client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive process improvements.
