Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. in Ireland is seeking an Account Maintenance professional to maintain brokerage accounts and related features for the National Financial unit.

You will analyze account applications using systems like FBSI and XTRAC, processing requests efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The role targets candidates with 0-2 years’ experience in financial services or a shared service model, strong MS Office skills, and solid communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains new and existing brokerage accounts and all related features for the National Financial business unit
• Analyzes account application requests and maintenance forms using multiple systems (e.g. FBSI, XTRAC) and processes them expeditiously
• Prioritizes and manages escalations/exceptions from NF Client Managers and US business partners
• Participates in projects and process improvement initiatives to improve workflow, quality, efficiency and policy adherence
• Supports the Operations & Corporate Shared Services environment to deliver high quality customer service

The Purpose of Your Role

The Account Maintenance team accurately maintains new and existing brokerage accounts and all related features for the National Financial business unit. Representatives utilize multiple systems, (e.g. FBSI, XTRAC) to analyze account application requests and maintenance forms accurately and action them expeditiously.

• The relationships that you establish with our US business partners will help ensure adherence to Operations policies and procedures, and will enhance the reputation of the Account Maintenance team in Ireland
• Prioritizing and managing escalations/exceptions that are received from NF Client Managers and the teams’ US business partners
